"The Webkinz cake that was made for my daughter’s birthday was amazing! Not only was it the cutest thing I had ever seen it was delicious too. Usually kids just eat the frosting, not with this cake, we had empty plates and requests for seconds. We didn’t let a crumb go to waste and it was still very tasty when we ate our last bit two days later. We can’t wait until our next big event to order another cake. YUM!!!"

"I love the concept and truth behind sowing and reaping, so my bridal shower featured a garden theme. My wedding colors were a base of ivory, berry, and gold, but included a palette of other bright, complimentary colors. Erin's exquisite design brought together in a cake, not only the essence of the theme of my shower, but the essence of me, my friends, and the spirit of the day. The girls at the shower and myself were surprised to discover that the flowers on the cake weren't real! Not only did the flowers appear just picked from the garden, they were edible to boot! Unlike many other cakes I have tasted, the outside looked amazing, but the cake was incredibly delicious. I love that Erin creates her cakes using her unique creativity and style, but incorporates custom tastes and personal desires as well."
